This charming poolside home is ideally situated in the heart of The Villages. Leave your car behind and hop on the gas golf cart for a quick trip of less than 1 mile to the popular Lake Sumter Landing. The interior of this home is tastefully decorated, boasting an open and airy ambiance thanks to its vaulted ceilings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or host gatherings with new acquaintances. The living room offers ample comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. Retreat to the master bedroom featuring a king-size bed and a private slider leading to the lanai and pool. Each guest bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed.
Start your day on the covered lanai with a cup of coffee and the Daily Sun, or unwind in the evening with a good book and a cold drink. Ample outdoor furniture is available.

Your Villages ID will cost $50 (which will entitle you to 2 ID's). You must check mark the appropriate box on the Vacation Rental Agreement. We will complete the application for your ID's so The Villages can process your ID's, so they will be ready upon your arrival. You will know that your ID's are ready and where to go to pick them up on day of arrival when you receive an email from us approximately a week prior to arrival.***

Wonderful property

This is a lovely, comfortable and well appointed home in a great location. The hosts were kind enough to rent to us at the last minute when our other accommodations fell through and it turned out to be the best thing for us in the end. We would have no hesitation to stay here again.

We had a wonderful time renting this home. The home was lovely and clean ie. sheets, towels, cupboards and appliances. We had only one disappointment is that we couldn't watch movies. Every time we wanted to watch a movie at night it asked for password which we were not given. Other than that, we would rent this home again.

Wonderful summer retreat.

I brought my 90 year old mother to The Villages to be near my sister for the summer. This Villa was clean, well-furnished and ready for our stay. The pool is fabulous and very private. Mom says it’s her best vacation ever. Dena, the property manager, is very accessible, kind and responsive. I thoroughly enjoyed our summer here.

Village Vacation

We had a wonderful time visiting the Villages with my mom and Aunt Wilda! The location was just a short drive to Daytona Beach and Ponce Inlet Light house, which we enjoyed! The villa was beautiful and very nice and clean; the saltwater pool was an added bonus, which we loved! Our overall experience was fantastic! Looking forward to returning again!

The villa was exactly as described and as the pictures. Very clean and well equipped. We did not use the pool or the golf cart. Had a great visit with our sisters. We had lunch at the Mallory Country Club and we recommend it for a delicious menu and great service. Plus, it is just around the corner from the villa.

Peaceful Bliss

This home allows you to enjoy pure peace. The patio and pool area make you never want to leave and enjoy the many other activities The Villages has to offer. There is only one caveat which is an close to deceptive advertising as you can get. The rate is published as $175 per night which is a good value. However, the management company tacks on a 50% management fee which is over the top. Once you get past that, the rest of your stay will be well worth the trip.

Thank you for your feed back and we agree this is a lovely peaceful home! However, Re/Max does not "tack on" a 50% management fee and there is no deceptive advertising. Obviously, there are taxes, security, and booking fees as any reputable agency charges. These charges/fees are shown to you prior to you completing your reservation. Please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to go over the fees related to your rental.
